WA Samvad users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to support@wasamvad.com.
2. Use the subject line WA Samvad Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address associated with your WA Samvad account and enough information for us to identify the account.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What We Will Delete

Subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements, deletion may include your WA Samvad account information and associated data stored by WA Samvad.

Business Customer Data

If your information was submitted to WA Samvad by a business that uses our platform, you may also contact that business directly. WA Samvad may process such information on behalf of the business customer.

Information We May Need to Retain

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

Confirmation

After a valid deletion request is processed, we will provide confirmation using the contact information associated with the request.
